Shop and Services Policies Reading/Services Policies and Procedures How to Purchase an Appointment for Services The sessions can be digitally recorded at a extra fee of 25.00 plus tax and shipping. The client will be email a CD which will arrive approximately 7-10 business days after the session. Local Phoenix clients may have the option pick up there CD when ready, please make prior arrangements to pick up your CD. Telephone Sessions All U.S. and Canadian calls will be placed by Robert Pease. International readings can easily be conducted over Skype which will eliminate all expense for the call. Skype calls will also be recorded and can be transferred instantly to the client via file transfer over Skype. Payment is due a minimum of 24 hours before the session and payments are accepted through our web site www.robertpease.net via Pay-Pal. Refunds of Spiritual Counseling and Readings Robert Pease has the right to disconnect from the session (the term session in this paragraph is in regards to any service which pertains to readings of a client or clients) at any point. If Robert Pease does not establish a clear connection with the client at the time of the reading, then Robert Pease will stop the session and refund their payment in full (less transaction fees.) (To prevent instances of reading interference we ask the clients to center them selves emotionally as much as possible). When the session is complete and the client feels that the service they received was non-satisfactory, they are encouraged at the time to bring this to Robert’s attention. It is important that all of Robert Pease’s clients feel very satisfied with their session and feel a benefit of the service. If the client is not satisfied with the service they are entitled to a 50% reimbursement of funds (less transaction fees). “No call no shows” will not be refunded. If the client cancels the appointment with in 24 hours the client will be refunded their money funds (less transaction fees). Emergency cancellations past 24 hours will receive a credit for a new session and will have to pay a ten dollar ($10.00) travel charge. Refunds of Services Product Refunds A missing item or damaged product fee of 15% will be applied to any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition). Any product that is returned without promotional item(s) included with the original transaction (e.g., Special Report, promotional CD) will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount.
